Dr. Powell serves as the Presiding Prelate of Victory Deliverance Fellowship—a fellowship of churches reaching communities across the northern and southeastern regions—and is the visionary founder of City of Refuge Deliverance Ministry, with locations in Stedman, NC, and Lumberton, NC.

 

Hailing from humble beginnings in Fayetteville, NC, Dr. Powell has always embodied kindness, compassion, and dedication. In 2019, Dr. Powell earned her Doctor of Divinity from St. Thomas Christian University—a testament to her commitment to theological study and growth.
